PRINCESS LANGAZANA SECONDARY SCHOOL – 3/2/2017

On Friday 3rd February, Subz Washable Pads and panties thanks to the sponsorship of Livity Africa and #ProjectDemo donated 50 packs of washable and reusable sanitary pads to the young ladies at Princess Langazana Secondary School in Eshowe. Thanks must go to Emmanuel Biyela for his part in finding us this amazing school to visit. #ProjectDemo were there to film the Subz activation and invited local councillors to join in the morning and address the issue of girls needing free, sustainable sanitary wear to help keep the girls in school. The school’s Life Orientation teacher commented that this was amazing and now there would be no more absenteeism for these young ladies due to not having sanitary wear.
It was an incredible morning and we aim to return to this school to help all the girls at the school. Thank you to everyone involved.
