The IAHV teamed up with Subz Pants and Pads to distribute 150 packs to the girls in the school. The Subz team chatted to the Grade 6’s and 7’s at the school about puberty and menstruation as well as how to use and look after their Subz packs.
The Art of Living team were also at the activation and they spoke to the girls about the importance of yoga and how it can be used to manage the abdominal pain experienced during menstruation. The team showed the girls some basic yoga moves which the girls really enjoyed.
